It’s the first weekend after the National Indoors but there is no time for slowing down. Texas A&M is back on the road and is in Columbus tonight for a rematch against Ohio State (Buckeyes won 4-3 last Sunday) and then on Sunday it’ll be in Champaign to face Illinois (I might make it to this one).

There are 7 ranked versus ranked matches on Friday highlighted by #7 A&M and #6 Ohio State but that #50 Indiana/#37 Oregon match has a lot of potential too.

#55 South Carolina and #17 San Diego will be in Tampa this weekend to play each other and #14 South Florida. San Diego and South Florida just played last Sunday in a NTI consolation match with USF winning 4-2.

#35 Drake plays three matches in three days down the Bayou.  Today it plays in Baton Rouge against #33 LSU, tomorrow it’s off to Lafayette to play Louisiana-Lafayette, then on Sunday it finishes in the Big Easy against #27 Tulane. I’m wondering if Davidson has the plane/bus scheduled to leave on Sunday evening or whether they’ll spend the night in NO and have some fun afterwards – might depend on the record – take two of three stay; lose more than one go home – that’d be some good motivation.

We definitely can’t forget about “The Big Slam” on Saturday – #18 Cal goes to #22 Stanford in what should be a pretty even matchup which will probably come down to the wire.

There is a women’s/men’s doubleheader in Ann Arbor on Saturday with the #8 Michigan women hosting #2 North Carolina and then a few hours later the #45 Michigan men will host #62 Alabama.
The second match won’t be Saban vs. Harbaugh but I’m sure Husack and Steinberg will have their teams ready to go.

#8 Oklahoma makes the 125 mile trip to Tulsa to face the 29th ranked Golden Hurricanes in what OU is hoping will be the first of three trips to Tulsa this year. The second will take place on March 12th when it plays Virginia in a neutral site match and of course the third would be for the NCAA Championships in mid-May.

#28 Memphis makes the 70 mile drive down to Oxford for a Sunday afternoon match against #19 Ole Miss. The last time these two met Memphis upset the Rebels in the second round of the NCAAs and thus earned its first-ever trip the championship site. This match probably comes down to who wins at 4, 5, and 6.

Also there is live scoring and streaming video from Cleveland for the Division 3 National Team Indoors which is being hosted by Case Western Reserve. The streaming video is a qualify feed with sound plus you can see all six matches on the same screen. If you want to see the scoreboards you can click on my scoreboard page which is best viewed on a desktop.

Below are the scoring/update links so pick a few matches and give them a follow. If there are any changes to the links I’ll have an updated list on my live scoring links page.
